The Boathouse

After a disastrous cliff fall a few years ago, it has been decided by the council’s coastal management that the station needs to be brought away from the cliff.

The solution is to construct a new station, which will aid a faster launch time and would be a safer working environment for the crew.

This will give us extra space for; the next generation of boat, charity shop and teaching area for crew, general public and schools.

As we have now received planning permission & building regulations this project is estimated to cost £180.000.

This cost will have to be met by our own fundraising efforts and public donations.
